Fiber interests vary according to each customer. Our own blending equipment and that of our global partners means that you can count on a wide variety of worsted spun yarns. Some of the yarns we manufactured during the past year boasted up to 6 different fibers.

Thousands of spindles across 5 different types of spinning frames mean that our range of yarn counts is broad enough to meet most of your worsted spun needs and our capacity is only limited by the number of shifts we choose to run. Whether spinning from bobbins or directly from roving, our goal is to create and deliver a yarn customized to your and your customer’s requirements.
PLY SPINS
Up to 7 Plys
Many of our customers find that an efficient way to meet the needs of multiple knitters and weavers is to place an order for a 1,000# spin of one yarn count and then divide that order up into different plys, an example of such an order being: 300# of 2/7s, 550# of 4/7s, and 150# of 5/7s. Add to that our ability to customize the put up, from mill cones to 1/2# cones and from 1# dye skeins to 50gram twist skeins, and you’ll find our solutions to be as customized and complete as any other worsted spinning mill around.
